Photo Essay: ACC Flings Into Spring
With winter weather long gone, Arapahoe Community College (ACC) Pumas said hello to spring with the 2022 Spring Fling. The event included food trucks, giveaway prizes, friendly competition, and the ACC community.
The Spring Fling was co-sponsored by the Student Government Association and the Student Life Office. Dan Balski, the director of student life, was one of the primary organizers. “Essentially, what we like to do… is something fun and outdoors,” Balski said at the Spring Fling. “So that’s what’s going on: free food, giveaways, different activities.”
Cookies and food truck items were handed out at the event upon showing a Puma token. The day was for students, staff, and faculty to listen to nostalgic music, play summer games, and enjoy food truck goodies under the April sun.

Dan knows how to throw a party! That was such a fun event. I had a blast with the water balloon toss.
