Maddy, a cheerful 27-year-old who works at a cozy restaurant called “Palenque Cocina Y Agaveria” in Littleton, joined in on Restaurant Week. With an inviting smile, she said the event brought a wonderful buzz of energy to their little spot.
“It definitely brought more people in,” she said, mentioning that their
enchilada and taco plates were the stars of the week.
Most of their guests were part of an older crowd, in their 30s and 40s, who came eager to try something new, such as the South American flavors this restaurant offers.
It was extra busy compared to the weekend rush. Even as things got busier with extra staff and supplies, the whole team jumped in enthusiastically.
Maddy noted that Restaurant Week didn’t just fill tables for a few days, it
brought lasting benefits too. “We got new regulars from it!”
Guests loved the prices and portions, often commenting that it was great value for money. Dinner hours tended to be busier than lunch, as more diners came out to enjoy the evening vibe.

The new faces of curious tourists and younger foodies were there to explore the local dining scene. Maddy believes the event helped showcase just how vibrant and creative the Littleton restaurants are.
“It made people proud of what our food scene can do,” she says.
Local shops and bars nearby also felt the boost, with more visitors wandering in
after their meals.
The buzz spread online, with social media posts and glowing reviews helping to build excitement and community pride.
“All in all,” Maddy says, “Restaurant Week brought people together, and that’s the best part of it all.”
