Decemburger 2017 will deliver the doom and the burgers
You are truly DOOMED if you do attend this event.
The second annual Decemburger (promoted by the excellent Dust Presents) is being held at the Hi-Dive on Saturday, December 16th. This time Chicago’s monolithic doom quartet Bongripper is headlining to drown Denver in a mire of thick, elephantine riffs.
This will mark Bongripper’s second performance in Denver after a three-year absence. That ought to be reason enough to purchase a ticket, but if you’re not yet convinced, allow me to persuade you:
The supporting cast will include Denver rippers Call of the Void, Weapönizer, Abrams, The Munsens, NightWraith, and Sceptres. Joining the onslaught are Washington groups Serial Hawk and Weeed, both guaranteed to register quakes on South Broadway.
In addition to this fantastic lineup, the Decemburger will feature a slider-eating contest in which the champion will receive a cash prize and merchandise from the bands on the bill. If you wield the appetite, enter here!
Bongripper will facilitate an aural leveling through some of the lowest tunings you’ll ever hear in a live setting, all the while a handful of Denver’s finest serve as the primer.
This show is a likely sell-out event, so do not hesitate to purchase tickets!
