A postcard of the Cantril Schools east facade, located at 312 Cantril Street., Castle Rocks Cantril. The two-story rhyolite structure has a bell tower and is made of this material. Double-hung windows with transom lights are present throughout the facility. The entrance is through the arched entry under the bell tower and is accessed via steps. On either side of the building are trees. Its colored up in the sky 1910-1930.

Andrea Rector, owner of Rector Art Studio, had a display full of original acrylic paintings. The animated animals were “based on team mascots or animals I thought would be fun to paint… which are geared towards nurseries [and] children’s rooms,” said Rector. The Trail’s End Candle Company booth at the Holiday Fair. Founded by Morgan Cummings, this company is homegrown in Parker, Colo. where Cummings creates hand poured, soy wax candles. Cummings originally started making her own candles because of her asthma. She said, “I was more sensitive to a lot of things with chemicals in them.” Image taken at ACC’s Holiday Fair on Nov. 3, 2022.

Another booth at the fair was Mary & Martha, located in Golden, Colorado. Emerging 15 years ago out of Arkansas, was Executive Team Leader, Kela Lemer, who founded Mary & Martha. According to Lemer, “We sell everything from home decor, table products, kits, and Christmas products.” Image taken at ACC’s Holiday Fair on Nov. 3, 2022.
