Sick- #COVIDDiariesOfACC

How have students at Arapahoe Community College felt since the strong changes brought on by COVID-19? #COVIDDiariesOfACC is a mini-series composed of non-fiction diary entries from students at ACC. Thank you to the student contributing writers for these pieces to publish on the Arapahoe Pinnacle.

I’m sick. I’ve been sick for the past two weeks. High fever. Hasn’t been below 100 degrees at all. And to make worst I can’t go to the doctors to get checked and they won’t test me if I’m not showing all the symptoms of COVID. On the plus side, I’ve had a break from my family by being sick in my room and they can be a handful. I’ve blown threw every puzzle in my house. I waved to my cousin through my bedroom window when she dropped off some food even though I have NO appetite. And now I’m starting a book series. I wish I had more to say but I have no clue what the outside world looks like other than what’s on Facebook and Instagram.
