Though it’s my first year at ACC, it’s my fourth year in college. I started at Xavier University in their engineering program. I have enjoyed politics since I was a kid and stayed up to watch the Colbert Report. I was involved in the model UN at Xavier and traveled to the University of Virginia for the club. I stay up to date on the happenings of other nations. Intentional politics is my primary interest with a dash of geopolitics thrown in. I’ve made plenty of mistakes and had to move through them and learn from them. I enjoy challenging myself with the unknown, hence journalism. I’m afraid of heights, so I rock climb, I was afraid of the ocean, so I swam in it, I’m afraid of crippling debt, so I went to college.
