I took a group of prospective students on a tour today (April 18th) and we peered through the window at the nest at the hall where the main building becomes the annex. The egg that particular goose had been nesting on appeared to have hatched, it’s still there but with a nice, big hole where the gosling looks to have pecked his way out. ๐
Thanks for posting a photo and writing a bit about the geese who share our campus, Bryden. Do you know what has happened to that sign and the geese who had the nest in that location?

I wonder if that’s the same pair of mating geese and they moved, or if it’s a different pair. Thanks for your reply, Kera, and the new information.
