During finals week on May 3, several Denver Pet Partners handler-dog therapy teams visited the Arapahoe Community College Library at the Littleton Campus to help students destress from finals. According to Denver Pet Partners, their therapy dogs “provide positive physiological effect, psychological well-being” and “reduced stress” to the people they help. Over the span of two hours, more than eight different dogs and many students came to the event.
