Arapahoe Pinnacle

Vicki Johnson
Vicki is a Denver native, never living anywhere outside of Colorado.  She has returned to Arapahoe Community College for the second time to obtain a degree in Journalism.  In 2007, she received her A.A.S. in Paralegal Studies at ACC.  She thoroughly enjoyed the paralegal program and continues to enjoy the work in the area of civil litigation.  Over the years, there remained two embers of interest burning -- writing and politics.  Vicki loves to write.  Writing has served her well at all stages of her life, both personally and professionally, and in some significant ways.  She also adopted a healthy obsession with politics.  She began following national politics closely after the tragedy of September 11, 2001, and likes keeping up on issues in other states as well.  Vicki will now be a political reporter for the Arapahoe Pinnacle.  She is on-fire excited to begin writing and reporting on stories that have and will affect the lives of students, families, faculty, and readers of the newspaper at ACC.  Her other interests and hobbies include learning about natural medicine (foods) as treatment for common ailments, vegetable gardening, camping and fishing.
